As soon as you are settled, complete and return the Owner/Tenant Information Form. Copies of the form are available at the Maintenance Office. If you have moved to a Mid-Rise, contact Maintenance to request the name change for your mailbox and the intercom in the lobby.

Trash pickups are scheduled on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Recyclable pickup is scheduled for townhouses every other Friday morning. When a holiday is on either Tuesday or Friday, the pickup usually occurs the following day.
The owners of the condo can submit a Variance Request, either for themselves or for their tenants. After completing the required information, click Submit. When approved, either The Property Manager or Maintenance will notify you.
Note that installers and/or contractors are required to meet with Maintenance staff before beginning work.
Complete the Work Order Request Form. Complete and submit a separate Work Order Request for each repair or replacement. Do not leave a telephone voice mail request at the Maintenance Office. It can be lost or overlooked.

Two pets per household are permitted. To avoid an unintended violation, go to Rules and Regulations, which describe the requirements and responsibilities of all resident pet owners. A fine of $177.00 could be assessed for violations.
