Unit owners are permitted to replace some or all of their exterior window and slider doors, at the sole cost of the Unit Owners, and in strict conformance with all provisions of this Agreement.
Listed in the Agreement are the two Board-approved window suppliers and their installers who Unit owners are permitted to use. Before placing an order, the Unit Owner must sign the Agreement, have the signature notarized, and submit it to the Maintenance Office. Either give a copy of the quote for work to the Maintenance Office or provide the hourly rate supplied by the installer.
